Norse Explorer 5.6% abv: Another non-boiled Scandinavian style raw ale with the addition of local honey and heather. Slightly tart, with a nice balance of dry and sweetness.

Josef The Red 5.5% abv: Josef Returns! A traditional Viking daily ale brewed with winter barley, winter wheat and rye with juniper and myrtle leaves where we would now use hops.

Lizzy Borden’s Axe 5.2% abv: Lizzy Borden took an axe and gave her father 50 wacks, when saw what she had done, she gave her mother 51. In the late 1800’s Lizzy Borden allegedly murdered her father and stepmother with an axe in Fall River Massachusetts but was later acquitted. This American red ale features a high percentage of malted Michigan red Bloody Butcher corn so the name seemed fitting.

Unoffended Irishman 5% abv: A good hard core Irishman doesn’t have time to get offended! Between the beer and the whiskey and the bar fights there really isn’t enough time! Grab a pint of this tasty traditional dry Irish Red. Its deep mahogany color and delicious bold malt profile make this the perfect session beer for a hard day of drinking.

Shipping Up To Boston 5.5% abv: This is a traditional dry Irish stout, nothing fancy or special, just brewed the way the original famous Irish darkness was originally brewed with just pale malt and dark roasted raw barley and a hint of hops early in the boil. Take a taste of this timeless classic and you will understand what all the fuss was about a couple hundred years ago when this style first came to be!

Awesome Sauce 5% abv: A Bavarian style hefeweizen with flaked coconut and cold brew coffee for an awesome spin on an already incredible style!

Fireman Dan 5% abv: American wheat beer brewed with 100% Michigan malt and hops with subtle hints of citrus and spice. Brewed in memory of Fireman Danny Nicholas. I hope this beer meets his standards. Cheers to you Danny!

Blonde/Golden/Pale (Beer Style------Not a beer name)
Liar’s Lager 4.4% abv: Wait, lager’s aren’t supposed to be made with a whole bunch of wheat! This one sure does, 66% to be exact along with a touch of honey malt and Michigan grown Triumph hops!

Unlucky Charms 4.8% abv: Originally meant to be called “Magically Delicious, this beer was brewed with 24 boxes of Lucky Charms this unique creation is packed full of sugar cereal goodness! First brewed the year of the original COVID and will continue as a St. Patrick’s day tradition from here on out! A light bodied beer with a subtle hint of “cereal grains” and a touch of marshmallow sweetness.

Rose Tattoo 4.6% abv: This tasty Irish style blonde ale features Michigan grown and malted winter barley, wheat and Michigan malted oats!

IPA (Beer Style------Not a beer name)
Gaslight Queen NEIPA 9.2% abv: The name was derived from a homonym meaning literal gas fired lights or manipulation; take your pick on the meaning. Brewed from all Michigan grown grains, honey from wildflower honey Huron County, and African Queen hops from South Africa (although not a product of the mitten, they are too unique not to use when I can get my hands on them). As with the name, this one will light you up if you’re not careful.

Blood Orange NEIPA 5.6% abv: A nice balance between hops and fruit with Michigan barley, corn and hops.

Bitter Betrayal IPA 6% abv: This west coast style IPA is brewed with 100% T3 Farms grains (barley, wheat and rye) as well as their Centennial hops. Bitter, yet balanced and ready to fill your glass.
